“Strange World” Indeed: St. Panther and Rae Khalil Cruise on New Single

St. Panther Explores a Strange World on Highly Anticipated New EP
As one of the most exciting new voices in music, St. Panther—the moniker of Dani Bojorges-Giraldo—has carved out a unique space with a genre-defying sound that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly modern. Hailing from Los Angeles, the Mexican/Colombian artist, producer, singer, rapper, and multi-instrumentalist has woven a rich tapestry of soulful swagger.
After building a reputation as a local producer, St. Panther’s solo career took off with their 2020 debut EP These Days on Ricky Reed’s Nice Life Recording Company. The momentum continued when their single “Infrastructure” became a standout track on HBO’s hit show Insecure, solidifying them as an artist who effortlessly bridges underground credibility with mainstream appeal. Beyond the music, Dani is a vocal advocate, using their platform to champion equality and uplift underrepresented artists within the industry.
Building on that success, St. Panther is now poised to release their highly anticipated new EP, Strange World, on November 7, 2025. The project is led by the dynamic title track “Strange World,” a collaboration with Rae Khalil, where the pair cruise through a lush, jazz-infused soundscape with a soulful keyboard prowess that recalls Stevie Wonder.
Regarding the EP, St. Panther remarked:
“It’s been highly impactful — to say the absolute least — to witness the world in the state it’s in today. In so many lyrics and melodies, I’m using this set of songs as a method of putting certain messages into our ether, intentionally shouting certain things from the rooftops that a friend jokingly said ‘for world peace.’ But this music is meant to activate people in some way — to reflect on our relationship to each other — which feels like a good use for music right now.”
